Buy vouchers
Vouchers can be bought like all other items in the shop. The minute you bought the voucher and when it's activated after succesful payment the value appears under your shopping cart. Now you can use the link "Send Voucher" to send the desired value via e-mail.
Shopping with vouchers
As soon as you have a voucher you can use it to pay your mail order. During the order transaction you have the option to redeem your voucher. Should the value of the voucher be less than the total amount of your mail order you have to choose your preferred payment method for the difference. Should the value of the voucher be higher than the total amount then of course you can use the remaining value for your next mail order.
Book vouchers
If you achieved a voucher via e-mail you can book the value in the following way:
1. Click the link in the e-mail. If you don't dispose of an personal account you have the chance to open your own account.
2. After adding an item to your shopping card you can enter the voucher code.
